Mcafee wont download?

I just spent $60 on this piece of junk, and now it wont download. I had a subscription and it told be it was about to expire so I tried to renew it. But when I tried to download this piece of shiit, it tells me the internet isn't connected! I turn off my firewall and everything still doesn't work.on top of all that it completely removed my ld subscription. i download the virtual techncian but its junk! I try to go to customer service and it tells me I have to download a chat client and of course, it wont install. WTF do I do???
