Michael D. about McAfee?

Is McAfee not a good antivirus protector? I had norton because AT&T gave it free with my monthly subscription. They have switched to McAfee, and it's free with my subscription to AT&T high speed internet. I would like to know,is McAfee really not a good antivirus protector? Norton wants $69.00 to renew subscription for a year. So, would paying the $69.00 to keep norton be an advantage over getting McAfee for free?

      To be honest Norton and Macafee are two of the worst anti-virus out there. If you are going to pay, get a good one like Nod32 or Kaspersky.
