I just renewed my micro trend and it finally installed. When the window comes up it says to update under overview two items 1.Last update: Not updated yet; 2.Last scan: Not updated yet. I have dsl high speed internet. It keeps telling me that my computer is not connected to the server, however the internet is working. Any ideas what might be the problem? I have tried the option fix now but it still goes back to the same thing. Once in a while a window comes up stating restart computer I have done that and it still says to update.

I might add I had micro trend for a year and just renewed it and is paid for so I need to get it working.
I have tried running a full scan and it will not run for some reason it states the fact I am not connected to the internet and and I am connected to the intrenet.
I might add the micro trend says to restart computer for micro trend to work I have done that and it still micro trend will not run right.

Why not follow instructions?
Open your Micro Trend and update it and run a full system scan. Thats what the program requires and wants you to do.
Simple is best, it will configue all by itself

Do what it says and update and scan if you possibly can. I’ve been having the same exact problems for the last 3 weeks and have been working with Trend via phone, live chat and even remote assistance with an engineer. Nothing has helped! Now the engineer is saying that it’s my operating system. Very interesting….I didn’t have this problem before I upgraded Trend and my Disk Scan is not showing any problems.

I recently renewed my trend anti virus as it expired I followed all the instructions and I still don’t have it How do I fix this please help or put my money back in my account and let me know what to do

Iam receiving a popup that say Trend will not service my anti virus as of 8/30/09. It also states that I can have a free update download. My subscription has not expired. Am I getting phished>
