I use outlook express as my email client. I have Microsoft Outlook installed and have recently tried to run it but get a constant error message that I can not resolve. I am using MSFT Office for Windows XP, 2002. The error message is “unable to open default e-mail folder.
I am trying to resolve this and do not know how. I don’t think this is cause by using both outlook and outlook express. I do that currently on my laptop.

Contact your ISP Internet Service Provider. They will be more than happy to help you set up your e-mail. Just be patient, get through the recordings and they will hook you up. That’s what you are paying for . . .
