MIssing file MSVCP71.dll - XAMPP?

Hi

Ihave just finish the installation of XAMPP (PHP+MYSQL+APACHE) and after that I have gotten a message like this “apache.exe - Unable To Locate DLL” telling me “The dynamic link library MSVCP71.dll could not ne found in the specified path and then shows me c:\xampp\apache\bin; c:\WINNT\System32; c:\WINNT\System; C:\WINNT; c:\winnt\system32; c:\winnt; c:\winnt\system32\Wbem. I already downloaded the missing file … but now.. please tell me …
where do I put the file? Just in the windows system folders or in a different location? Need a help with that. This happens on a computer running Windows 2000. Any help? please let me know… Thanks!!!
