When start up my system (vista) I get something along the lines of a "missing macnobji.dll" error message.
I'm thinking it was when I deleted some files from C:/users/user/AppData/Local/Temp as I had this trojan and I was doing everything I could to delete it. Is it possible for anyone to send this (if that's even possible) or does anyone know what this file means in the scheme of things?

It's possible it was the trojan. Now all you need to do is click start/run type msconfig and press enter. Click the startup tab and deselect the line that refers to that file.

You should try to scan your registry for errors, if there are errors then cleaning the registry would probably solve your problem.
