Ok so i was trying to reboot my computer to its original factory settings but then around 70% of it it gave me an error saying Recovery failed, Please Check Again. Then the computer restarted and then it says Windows could not start because the following file is missing or corrupt:
<Windows root>\system32\hal.dll. Please re-install a copy of the above file. What should i do i don't know what to do.
