I got rid of Anti-Virus 2008 via SUPERAntispyware. It is gone I can tell. Anyway, I am all excited because it took 4 days and all. So I go on firefox to browse. I go on google and search lets say “Fun things to do when your bored” so I click a link and a pop up cops up and it wont load the link. Firefox is slow. It cant load all pages. I tried ad-aware but it crashes after a minute of scanning. Spybot didn’t remove it for firefox. I mean IE works fine and it isnt hijacked. Any recommendations I hate IE :(. Also there is a iexplorer.exe running in the background. I close it with task manager and it opens back up 2 min later. So it there some kind of secure task manager where it can delete the process? Thanks.

Well seeing as you removed your anti virus program i think your pretty fucked… there is obviously something up with your computer regards to firefox working properly, Firefox although a great browser is very vunrable to things like pop ups and other things… what i would do is get a new antivirus program and then restart your computer for changes to take effect. If nothing still changes i would advise a system restore no matter what point it was made if you really want firefox again. Another thing which proberbly wont change anything is reinstall firefox and see what happens. I hope you get it sorted

Your PC is still infected. If you spelled it right, then I should tell that iexplorer.exe is NOT related to Internet Explorer. Therefore it’s malicious file and should be removed asap.
1. Go to start–>Run type in MSCONFIG and hit enter. Navigate to startup tab, look for iexplorer.exe and uncheck the corresponding box. Click OK.
2. Download this tool from TrendMicro:
http://www.trendmicro.com/ftp/products/online-tools/cwshredder.exe
and run it.
3. If after restart ad-aware still cannot run properly, try a-squared, either command-line scanner or a GUI-based edition:

I know you have quite a bunch of programs already installed, so instead of suggesting new software for installation, I try to limit my recommendations to tools that don’t require installation.
