My 30 day trial version of Eset NOD32 keeps extended?

I set it up in July after reading endless reviews about the best anti virus security. It came down to Kaspersky and Eset Nod32. I chose Nod32 b/c they say it doesn’t slow your PC down as much as Kaspersky does, even though it is more effective.

Anyway I did the 30 day trial in July and expected it to expire in August. Now here it is on the day it said it would expire again and it is good until Oct. What gives?
