i have a desktop computer and a laptop,
they both have avg anti-virus and ad-aware
and the softwares dont ever update in my laptop
but do on my computer
this is the problem i always get: on both adware are anti-virus
update: INTERNET CONNECTION FAILED
and NO CONNECTION TO DOWNLOAD SERVER
the problem is my laptop does have internet
so idkk
how to fix this?

AVG doesnt support the free version anymore. Try to find a new one. I cant recommend one because I havnt found one yet

It sounds as if your fire wall is blocking the in/outbound connections.
Go in to your fire wall and set an exception for those two programs.
(Go to your fire wall’s manufacturer’s site to get instructions on how to do this.)

Download avast 4.8 home edition and is up updating 2a3 times a day if it need.
