My AVG anti-virus caught a trojan, but says the file is too big to remove. How do I get rid of the trojan?

My options are to either ignore the trojan, or view the file. The trojan is in the C:\Dell\media32 folder. The folder only has 2 things in it, both of which are marked as infected. I’m afraid to install any new programs while this trojan is on my computer. How do I get rid of it?
