my computer died from trojan help!!!?

June 29th, 2008 · 4 Comments

I got a trojan on my comp. I ran a scan using spyware doctor so that I could erase it. But my spyware program turned on me. It said my membership had expired and I need to go to the website to purchase more. ( it expires Feb '09) so as soon as i tried to go to the website, everything shutdown. The weird thing is that at the same time I had also scanned the comp with my virus protection and it found nothing! Well anyways, my comp. shut down and I turned it back on. That seemed to make it worse. It was just my desktop, but all the icons were gone and the explorer was gone. I did ctrl alt delete so I could use that to try to open some program, but as soon as I opened any program, a message would come up saying ( your computer will shut down in 50 sec…or something like that) So i can't do anything! I just see my blank desktop and as soon as i start a program, it shuts down! PLEASE help.
thanks IAMVIRGO, but the rest of you dumbasses!….I can't use the internet!

You were just pranked. Go to start>all programs and open your programs from there. Delete all of your desktop icons and put new ones there.

restart the computer before it loads press F8 multiple time

once u r in safe mode
it will take several minutes u'll see a black screen with white letters but its ok

That is your virus. The one that is telling you to download. Im going to tell you how to get 3 free, trusted, and excellent removal tools. It may take all 3 to rid it. It may take one.
      Smitfraudfix : siri.geekstogo.com/SmitfraudFix.php
SDFix: http://www.myantispyware.com/2007/11/09/… Click SDFix free trojan renover tool.
Spybot: http://www.safer-networking.org/en/mirro… choose the first safer-networking download.
Smitfraudfix and SDFix are dedicated trojan remover tools, which apparently, you have trojans. I would try all three products. I would definitely keep and use Spybot Search & Destroy. Turn of the Tea Timer in spybot options. Use the utilities in the order I gave them to you for best results.

Put the first 2 utilities on a disc. You may need to use another computer. Run them in safe mode first. To get to safe mode, when you start your computer hold down F8 until it beeps, then choose safe mode. After running them in safe mode, restart following the directions normally. After you run these 2 utilities, you can move on to spybot.
