please do not just give me a registry cleaner but tell me if I will need to delte stuff or if and what I should do will cause harm .. Please tell me more to enable me to do the registry cleaner without harm and which one. is registry patrol good sand any other thing besides registar cleaner

note I have deleted big files, removed some stuff, defragged and did disk cleanup already and am currently detecting and repairing disk errors..so far none of this helped

um instead of registry cleaning your computer try defragmenting your computer:
start, all programs, accessories, system tools, defragment. do an anaylise, and it will tell u if u need to defragment your system if it does do it if u dont try and uninstall some programs u dont use it gets your computer fast again.

Start - Run
Type
chkdsk /f - or
chkdsk /r
ok
Dos window bla bla bla ……………. Y/N
Y
Enter
Restart your computer
I would do chkdsk /r for the first time.
then
Start - Run
Type : cleanmgr
ok
