I believe it is a trojan anserin. I have Norton Antivirus but I know from experience that trojans are very stealthy. How do I flush it out and kill it?

Scan in safe mode, where it is harder for it to conceal itself. Norton is not good. Many free anti-viruses and anti-spywares are better. I would ditch Norton if your subscription is almost up and get Avast!, Avira, or AVG for an anti-virus.

      ANtispyware, I recommend, is Ad-aware.
