apparently, my computer is infected with spyware? my desktop is a big blue screen that says "Warning your computer is infected with spyware install an anti virus or spyware remover". ive downloaded serveral programs including Spybot Search and Destory, Ad-Aware, Adware Alert, and Virtumundobegone. ive even talked with a dell employee online but my computer still stays the same. i have no icons on my desktop, and my toolbar is completly gone. my internet however works fine, and i am able to acess websites without a problem. since i have used spybot and ad-aware to delete found problems, i am confident that i do not have anything on my computer anymore, especially because every scan i run now comes up with nothing. so why is my computer still not working completly? can anybody help?
ps. ive heard that reinstalling your microsoft xp works but i dont have the XP disc since it came already installed. is there any way to reinstall it without the disc?

My best advice - follow the guide at My Slow PC - http://www.MySlowPC.co.uk/ to detect and remove spyware and viruses. It includes the steps you need to take, e.g. when to turn off System Restore so infections are not restored and it also links to the tools you need, like McAfee Stinger for trojan viruses.
The advance steps recommended at My SlowPC may also help - e.g. how to create a boot CD to load so Windows won't lock the files you need to remove.
Good luck!!

If your computer is Dell, then your computer should be supplied with an Microsoft windows disc, if you lost it then phone up the dell company and then obtain an Microsoft windows disc, once you have received the disc then install over the current system files you have, which will gave you an fresh system like before
And remember to have your service tag number handy, you will be asked for it, its located on the labels on your system
