My computer was fast before, but them we install and delete stuffs, so I think maybe this is the reason is so slow…
There is sufficient memory on it, but when I turn it on, it takes forever to load all programs and then after minutes of waiting, I can finally turn on my internet and do something..
Please, someone can help me how make it fast again?

download ccleaner and run it
next download a spyware blocker/cleaner like spybot search and destroy
also, go to control panel>system and maintenance>defragment
if that doesn’t work, go to run, type cmd, and in the black box that comes up, type “msconfig”
and go to the startup tab and turn off any things that you don’t recognize

scan for viruses and spyware. run a defrag off the controll panel. also, u said u have sufficient ram, but too make sure, nowadays u need AT LEAST 2 gigs. also, u probably need at least a core 2 duo(if u have a intel board) or athlon 64×2 processor(if u have a amd board).

1st> back-up (save) what you want to keep, to CD’s / DVD’s or an external hard drive
2nd> perform a fresh re-install of your op.sys.
I Think that is easier than doing alot of different maintenance tasks
