My computer is very slow. I have AT&T DSL. Is there a way I can get rid of old information in my computer? ?

I went to Tools and deleted temp files and history sites I have visited but my computer is still very slow running. Any suggestions to speed it up I will sure appreciate.

      download a program called CCleaner (crap cleaner) and run it. it will help make your pc faster and get rid of the junk on it

      Your computer may be slow due to odd spyware and adware running on your machine. Get some good software to detect and get rid of this junk.

      Spybot search and destroy

      Once installed, run the UPDATE and then run a full Scan.
