I have not added any software or hardware
okay, perhaps I wasnt clear enough. This problem is on a DIFFERENT compter than i am on right now, silly! And about the hardware and software.. I do have it there but, the blue screen says that it is caused by new hardware or software, and it then restarts. I havent added any NEW hardware or Software.. and it worked just fine yesterday with no changes to it.

If there is no hardware there is nothing to load, and if you try to start XP without any hardware… well thats not possible… Did I misunderstood something? :s
If you do got hardware installed (which is most likely), it sounds like there is a problem loading XP properly, maybe a defect XP file. I recommend trying to:
1. Install hardware
2. If you do got hardware, reinstall the XP files (Repair XP), or try format your whole HDD.
