my connection —
it was very bad, i couldnt even play online games or go into google without the connection failing, and i have a rouder

my computer —
it was fast as soon as i got it, but it just got damaged
i defragmented
i backed up
i cleaned up
i deleted some unimportant stuff
then it got fast all of a sudden for two days… FINALLY..
then slow again…

Have you run anti-virus and malware scans? It really sounds like someone else has control of your machine. FYI - once you have the scanning software - disconnect from the internet and do your scanning. that way you will not be re-infected before you get things fixed
