My computer runs slow?

I have NO viruses on this computer

I do NOT need to defrag the disc[ i just analyzed it twice 5 mins ago]

I have 386 mbs of RAM

my internet connection is 100mbps

i have 32% of free space on my local disc volume

why is this computer slow on the internet
This computer recently starting running this slow this happened before but i reinstalled windows xp and it started going ALOT faster than it is now

it is running unusually slow

      could be the processor or you need more ram 386 isnt alot now adays

      have you ran a spyware? if not, run spybot S&D. you may have spyware, not a virus. also, try: go to your start button, click on run, type in cleanmgr & clean out your temp files etc.

      also, you may have to many programs running at once. Check which ones start at startup.

      So, was it always like this? Or u see change in the speed lately, coz these parameters are not really great, but if u sense sth is wrong for some time try defragmenting, deleting temporary files, running anty-spyware, scanning with an online antivirus program…
