ok i cant get my dll files to show up on my desktop, and those are the only way that i can do what i need to do. i have windows Vista.
EDIT: i tried to put them on C:/Windows/ and it said that i dont have permission to put it there, it doesn’t have anything i can do with admin’s rights…
@ fred up, i dont have them in a folder, they were opened with BIT ZIPPER, anything else i could use?

Not sure what you could be trying to do.
Dll files are only used by applications. If you alter or remove them from the folders they are in, you could cause applications using them to fail to operate or to behave in unknown fashion.

Windows won’t let you add files to the windows system directory because you could break something. you can get around that, but if you can’t figure out how, you probably shouldn’t.
if you have a program that those .dlls, put them in the folder with the program. if the program is on your desktop (not the shortcut, but the program itself) move it and the .dlls to their own folder.
but really, what on earth are you trying to do with .dlls on your desktop? it’s like keeping puppies in your washing machine: sure, they fit, but it makes no sense, and it won’t end well.
