They open but when I click on the on the start bar when I see their tab thingy, they just open but go off to the side really fast so i can't see them. and when i look at the screen shot of the program on my windows vista, it shows, but i cant seem to open it so i can use it. whats wrong with my computer? does it have a virus or something? 10 points to someone who can answer this right & can solve my problem.

Hey, what do you mean by "go off to the side really fast"? Without any further info try checking that you've got no additional monitors installed..
If you don't know how to check this then right click on your desktop > personalise > display settings. In there you should have some form of graphical representation of the monitors attached to your computer. If a second is displayed, right click it and make sure that "attached" does not have a tick by it. If it does click attached so it unticks and then apply.

If I'm miles off here I'll be happy to help more if you can provide more information about the problem, lol.

      Hey,dear~~
I think you should get rid of IE. My friends alway ask me to fix their crazy IE.
But, I tell them IE is not good to use. IE is unstable, error prone, and insecure.
U may often see IE crash like http://0rz.tw/024jV

U should try Firefox. Firefox is a web browser that is basically like Internet Explorer, but it runs 127% faster (you see the pages quicker) and also has a built in spell checker!

Firefox is an open source project, so many enthusiastic programmers trace the source code every day. Thus, firefox has become more and more robust!

Give yourself a nice browsing experience.

      Good luck!!!!
