A few days ago, I turn on my laptop only to find about 17 messages pop up that says "This application has failed to start because URLMON.DLL was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem." My desktop is fine, except I cannot use any of the applications. I also get messages that WININET.DLL isn't working either. The only actual application that works is Microsoft Word. I can use the Task Manager, but only to a great extent. The icon for Internet Explorer on my Start Menu also has the icon of a corrupt file as well as the words "No Add-ons" next to the title. With that, I am also not connected to the internet, therefore using my sister's computer. What is wrong with my laptop?
P.S., I have Windows Vista Home Premium.

i have the exact same problem everyone sais put the internet download on a usb or disk but i cant cause the computer cant open any of these because of the urlmon and WININET dll errors how do i fix this?
