My free trial of McAfee which is attached already in my computer when I bought this is already expired. I tried to renew it but they want payment and I dont have a Visa or Card. I tried to download Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2010 9.0.0.463 and its still in progress now. I will uninstall my subscription to McAfee when my download to Kaspersky is finished..
Am I doing the right thing??
What is the best and right thing to do??

Yeah, thats fine. McAfee isn’t that good anyway and if you can use something free, its all gravy.

Why don’t you download a good free one like avira, a good firewall like comoda and a good anti-spyware like Spybot search and destroy then you won’t need to pay for any software
