When I start up windows, it acts normally right up until the black screen with the sliding blue bars. After that, the screen goes black and it says "no input signal. input 2: hd15. go to power save".
- I've connected the cables to VGA instead of DVI.
- When it does go to the black screen when it says "no input signal. input 2: hd15. go to power save", I can still hear the windows start up sound in the background.
- I can successfully go into Safe Mode and even access the internet (with networking)
Please help!

There is some issue with display adapter driver
try removing it from the safe mode..
restart and reinstall in thenormal mode..
