November 20th, 2008 · 2 Comments

my norton pops up sometimes when i log on and says one problem detected virus or spywear and i am not sure how to fix it i have norton 360.
Will useing other antivirus programs mess up my norton? because my parents spent like 100 dollars on it.

Try other antivirus or malware removal tools:

Start by running a full scan, and then it will find the virus. When it finds it, you may need to remove it, and if thats the case their should be some kind of neutralize or quarantine button, or even a delete button.

Me and my team haven’t tried Norton 360 yet, but this is the common solution.
