My pc is infected with the Higlieder Trojan virus. I have tried several things to remove it with no success. I am running XP and I have tried using CA Antivirus, AVG Antivirus and Avast Antivirus - none of these programs detected the virus. I have tried Spyware Doctor and SuperAntiSpyware and no success. My Yahoo Anti-Spyware and eTrustPestPatrol both detect it but neither will let me remove it. I am also unable to reboot in safe mode. SuperAntiSpyware has a safeboot option that I tried but this completely locked up my pc and would not let it restart at all. I was able to resolve that issue and get the pc rebooted but I am still battling with the removal of the virus. Any assistance you can offer would be so greatly appreciated

i would go with format. save everything you want on memory sticks and whipe the drives

those free versions only removes viruses but sometimes not remove trojans hosting them
Run Malwarebytes and finally AVG
