  if it tells u thet u need a registry cleaner then no spyware is going to help u now. it will be to late for that . u might have to do system restore. if dont want to. call bestbuy. the can tell more

  Hello,
  You probably have viruses, spyware, adware, malware, and all other kinds of bad things.
  Or you may have a system filled with stuff you don't need.
  First,
  Remove all programs and files you don't need.

  Go to run, type in msconfig, go to the startup tab, and uncheck everything you don't need, then restart.

  Next, get anti-malware software:
  http://www.eset.com/
  http://free.grisoft.com/
  http://www.pctools.com/spyware-doctor/

  and there are many other great programs.

  I also recommend getting these two things:

  http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/

  There are a lot of free "cleaners" out there, but from your symptoms it might be best if you save everything you can and restore your OS. It's always a good idea to restore windows once in a while anyway, I do it about once a year, just to clean everything out. Also make sure you get an anti virus up and running first thing after you do the reinstall, some good free ones are AVG and avast, but make sure you get the "free version". I use both, one on my desktop, one on my laptop, they are very good.

  download "spyware terminator" from spywareterminator.com
  it is freakin awesome. Also get spybot and ad-aware..
  google em, they are free eveywhere..

  go to IObit.com and download free version of advanced windows care. It has spyware removal , registry cleaner and will repair everything for free
