Note: The Computer CAN NOT Detect if the Anti Virus is Expired or Out Of Date.
First see if your Anti Virus Enable or Disable
if Enable..
Go to control panel
Start >Settings >Control Panel >Security Center
from there you can switch On/Off Virus Protection, switch On >click on Recommendations…
Read carefully
if everything ok and still the PC can not Detected..
Remove anti virus >Restart the PC
Re-Install Norton anti virus
at this point your PC Should detect the anti virus >>>>> If Not
Remove again and Install this one from Symantec Endpoint Protection
