my question concerns my dad's computer…specifically, his mcafee security subscription.?

due to high electric bills, we were off my dad's dell computer, for roughly 3 1/2 months — from jan. '09 - may '09; we recently got back on his computer.

anyway, while we were not using his computer, we accidentally forgot to renew his mcafee security subscription…and now, his computer is not protected..from anything, of course.

so, how do i go about renewing his mcafee subscription? does he have to re-register? please tell me what all i need to do.

then, later…when it's time for mcafee to be renewed again…what are you supposed to do then? i believe it has auto-renewal…am i
correct in this?

once every couple of months, once a year?)

anyway, i would really appreciate any help that you could give me…i've tried to contact mcafee by phone…that didn't help…then, i went to their website and tried to contact them that way, but it would take a day or two to hear back from them…and i don't want to wait that long.
i want this problem taken care of, very soon. it's a total headache.

so again, any help that you could give me would be greatly
appreciated.
