Download a different anti virus removal software. Trojans can multiply and hide in another file and come back the next day, it will be impossible to get ride of it the way your trying. Try downloading AVG, or AVAST and scan again and try to remove it that way.

Trojans are a pain I know. First you have to find them. And I mean the root of them. The deepest file which may not be in your windows or i386 file. Your best bet is to either boot into safe mode after finding them and deleting them. or find a antivirus that has a root kit that works. (Most free ones dont.)

If you are unexperienced I would suggest letting some one else do it. If you know what your doing you can do the safe mode thing and find the affending program and do it that way.

It keeps coming back because your anti malware program doesn't remove ALL files. One file could resurrect the whole virus! Just follow this step-by-step guide:
      http://forums.majorgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=35407

This guide will show you how to COMPLETELY remove software that will harm your computer (Viruses, malware, etc.) Using programs such as Spybot S&D, AVG, and Avast will not completely remove a malicious program. Using those programs alone could in fact make it worse.

Just follow the guide and you'll be fine. Plus, everything in the guide is FREE!

I hate to say this but whenever I get a virus like this I usually end up formatting my computer and reinstall. Make sure to get all of the latest security patches via windows.live. I hear McAfee is pretty good at clearing these out. Also try Windows Defender.

1 find the file that supports the spyware. (go to your start menu and go to "search". do a search on the name of suspected spyware.)

2 delete it, it'll probably have an error message, if it does then go to the task manager ( ctrl, alt, del) and go to processes find the suspected spyware and end process.

3 go back to the file and delete it. it should go away with no problem.

If that doesn't work then use an antispyware software.
