      First off it depends on the browser you are using.

      IE:
      Tools> Internet Options> Security (Tab)> Custom Level
      scroll down to your activeX settings and enable it.

      Im not sure about Mozilla Firefox but I think its very similar since they both have a tools and options section within the browser.
