last week i started having small problems with my toshiba satelite laptop, it loads slower it has static randomly in the sound and half the time the mouse will freeze for a second when i move it.What can i do, ive got all the updates from windows update and everything is there anything else i can do to fix it.

well first u can download an ATF cleaner.this cleans up ur temp files and opens up some free memory for ur computer. then u can go to microsoft.com and download something called clean my registry. type it in the search bar. its free. if none of this works, ur last resort should be a system RECOVERY. NOT A SYSTEM RESTORE. THEY ARE TWO DIFFERENT THINGS!
anyway a system recovery will set ur computer back to its original factory settings. why is it ur last resort? because u lose ALL UR SAVED MEDIA!! that means videos music, documents, photos, updates, etc. but ur computer will be as good as new. contact ur manufacturer on how to do this, in ur case thats toshiba. hope this helps!!

Well, the previous answer is good. You download C Cleaner, cleans your PC from junk ( very useful and fast )…. Plus, check your start up list. That is one of the reasons why your laptop takes so much time to start. Remove some unwanted programs from Start Up… It won't uninstall them, just they won't start up when systems starts. Recovers 30 % from the lost speed. ( I just made up the percentage, lol , but goes faster indeed)
