My Symantec AntiVirus Corporate Edition has detected the “clwmgsv.dll” virus file and cannot clean it?

The Antivirus software detected the file in
C:\Windows\clwmgsv.dll
I cannot open the file, delete it or rename it. Does anyone know how to clean this virus?
