my tv says no signal and the screen is blue?

the tv is a polaroid the other tvs in the house that also have cable are fine i wanted to play xbox and i plugged it in and started messing around with the input that i also cant figure out but now it just says no signal and im really really upset because nothing is going right today and i need to play guitar hero..please help me im on the verge of tears..well now im crying but please i know im pathetic
