my windows firewall is turned off, and i cant turn it back on. any suggestions?

also keep getting the blue screen of death, and a kernel error. also have an issue with my speaker playing the entire "windows" start up music whenever i power on

      sorry but sounds like you got some nasty malware on your system. it might be easiest to just reformat. make sure your using suffecient protection. i use NOD32 (use Avast or AVG if you want a free anti-virus), Spybot S&D for malware, Threatfire free version for malware and rootkit detection. If you use that set up it should keep you from having this happen again but reading up on malware and safe practices will help you from letting the bad programs in also.
