My Windows Media Player (Vista) has stopped playing some movies and all MP3s. Anyone know why?

August 7th, 2008 · 1 Comment

Whenever it tries to play some movies (some other movies still work) or MP3s it says that it doesn’t have the right codec. I’m able to use other players however to play the exact same files and they work fine. Anyone have a solution?

I’ve had the same problem at home with my vista…the media player is to advanced for some movies and mp3. Some will not run. And you can’t go back and get an older verison. This is a problem vista hasn’t fixed yet!
