I've had this on my pc before but I had to reload my windows and start from scratch and now my yahoo music won't load. I've even deleted it off my pc and re downloaded it and I still get the same error message box…"The ordinal 1191 could not be located in the dynamic link library PX.dll." what does this mean? How do i fix it?

It's a shame you had to go through all that work. For some odd reason PX.DLL may not come with a vanilla Microsoft install. It usually gets installed via vendor software that reads/writes to optical devices. Also, it is "not" part of Yahoo! Music Jukebox, so don't blame Yahoo! Just download Px.dll from this site:
http://www.dlldump.com/download-dll-files_new.php/dllfiles/P/px.dll/1.06.14h/download.html
Unzip it and move it to the C:\Windows\system32 folder. It is a shared DLL which means you need to register it.
Click the Start button and select Run. In the Open box type the following:
regsvr32 C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\PX.DLL
and then click OK. This puts an entry in the system registry. The error message you referenced in your question means that Jukebox can't find PX.DLL. A DLL is executable code (I'm simplifying things but this is basically correct). These instructions are for Windows XP (and before). It should work for Vista, but no guarantees. It definitely will not work for 64 bit versions of XP or Vista. Good luck.
