ok so a few days ago my bro said that he was downloading virtual memory on the computer because it suggested it so during and after it was done the internet go soooooo slow. im not sure if it was for the virtual memory or what i also have a router and another computer that gets connection from the router suddenly when my main computer got slower the other one got slower to and it also sometimes connection interrupted. I am not sure if it was because of the virtual memory or what but what i think it is is something is wrong with the connection oh and videos don’t load if that helps in anyway. please tell me what causes this and how i can fix it. i also took virs scans like 4 times so i dont think thats it
i have used bitdefender and mcafee for virus scans and i have scanned it with spybot search and destroy also and scanned it about 3 times with each system

first trie scaning it with a anti spyware / malware program like spybot search and destroy , he might of downloaded the wrong thing like a trojan that takes ur internet connection speed and its used for bad.. trie downloading spybot its free and its trusted heres the site

Have you de-fragged it lately? I do mine every couple weeks. Go to accessories - system tools - defrag. Do it a few times.
