I am setting up a friends vista, I want to tweak the system a bit to make it faster. I'm willing to manually configure registry values or whatever else might need to be changed but I just need a walk through guide so I know what things to change and such. OR an automatic tweaking program would be nice, but after searching, most everything emphasizes on cleaning up temp files/registry/ etc etc…. which since this is a new computer would not help in the slightest.
So if you know of a guide, or a program, a link would be awesome, and of course, 10 points will be given.
