I'm pretty sure it's a pop up.
Try searching on google for search and destroy. it's a program that detects spyware and adware.

if that's not it, google it

If the warning that was displayed prompted you to download a program that you haven’t heard of before, I wouldn’t suggest that you download it.
Instead, I would suggest that you run a virus scan, as well as an antispyware scan using software that you already have on your computer.
If you don’t have a virus scanner, you may want to try using AVG, which can be downloaded from the link below for free.

If you don’t have an antispyware program, you may want to try using AdAware, which can be downloaded from the link below for free.

Try downloading and Install a free program like..spybot.com, once you get to the site just follow the free download directions. take your time and do it right the first time. Next go to Avast.com (Free) do the same. Once you have both free programs on your computer, run them at least once a month, more often if you look at free porn.

It’s prolly a pop-up, I recommend you install an anti-spyware and scan your computer just in case. I use Windows Defender, it’s totally free if you have XP or Vista and I’ve been using it for almost a year now. Of course prevention is better than correction.Just be careful with the websites that you go to.
