I connected my security camera to my computer, but it did not come with any drivers, and none are available from manufacturer.
I have a nvidia geforce fx 5200 video card.
The camera is a Lorex Mini Security Camera.
So my question is;
How can I make the feed from the camera appear on my monitor? It shows up nicely on my TV, but I want the convenience of saving the feed to my harddrive.
I think I need a driver, anyone know of a driver that would be compatible in this situation?
So if I buy a cctv capture card the card will find the camera or do I need separate drivers for the camera also?

This only supplies an rf feed. You need a cctv capture card fitted before your computer can read the camera. It is NOT a webcam. The drivers you will need will be to run the card and will come with it.

you need a video capture card/device you will get the driver and software with it… and a big big hard drive.
Video capture takes 10 meg a second that is 600 meg a minute = 36.000 meg an hour = 3gigs
