Need some help w/Security Tool Virus on a PC. No anti-virus software installed on the system.?

I’ve tried a few fixes but can’t find the Win System folder to try some of the fixes that have been promosed. I can type in the Run field. Any advice?
I’ve tried to go to bleepingcomputer.com but I can’t use the keyboard to rename the file. I’ve switched out the keyboard twice.

If you do not have an anti-virus program on your PC then you should download an anti-virus application and run a full system scan.

I suggest either AVG or Avast as both are free and work well.
