No Internet Connection After Downloading Trend Micro Internet Security!?

Hello. I'm getting desperate for an answer now; after downloading Trend Micro Internet Security onto my new laptop (64-bit, Windows Vista Home Premium), I have no internet connection.

I have checked and Trend Micro IS the reason why my internet is not working because once I exit the program it works again. I am using a wireless internet connection and once I try to open my browser it says: "Connection Interrupted: The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading. The network link was interrupted while negotiating a connection. Please try again." I have both Firefox and Explorer, neither work.

Thanks in advanced!
- I have tried shutting down the original Windows Firewalls that the computer comes with.
- Internet worked when I had the free Norton Security on my laptop (it comes with it, but it is a free trial). Once I uninstalled Norton and got Trend Micro, internet stopped working.
