My Brother accedentely disabled the adminastrator account and now there is no password screen when I turn it on (inculding safe mode).
-I do not have any CD's
-I can't find a way to get at Command Prompt
-all i need to know is how to enable the administrator account or to get at Command Prompt.
CANNOT ACCESS SAFE MODE!!!
but..the boot CD might help…if it runs on a recordable disk -.-.
It's impossable to access command prompt…because there is no way to get into start, or even start up…
and if i could access command prompt i'd "lusrmgr.msc" those other commands don't work…
No way to create a new account..I can't get past startup…

In your control panel/users - you can create users that need to login with a password.
To get to a command prompt, click start - run - and type cmd

Search the web for a util called Hirens boot disk - it has utils that can reset accounts/passwords from the boot disk

you could boot into safe mode with command prompt.. and itll boot into the text interface i believe

start button,control panel,user accounts,change an account
