I am experiencing an annoying and frustrating issue. I recently purchased Mcafee Total Protection for my Toshiba laptop, and installed it after purchase. Once the AV was installed, it prompted for restart, and once I restarted, ever since the Mcafee has been installed the internet will not work properly. I will get a connection for about 10 seconds and then it will disappear for 10 minutes, and continues in a loop. I tried deactivating the Firewall on the Anti virus program and that didnt help at all.
I followed up by uninstalling Mcafee, and here I am now. The internet works fine and I am able to get a perfect connection without a single interruption.
Now I will note that right after the installation was complete, before I restarted I got a warning from Mcafee saying that my Firewall was not fully active and was in an "Open Firewall Security" state. I tried getting it back to this way but no luck. I would like to have a Virus program installed on my computer and prefer to not go without a Security program. Any answers as to why Mcafee would do this?

Personally, I don’t like Mcafee and find there are other guys have the same problem after googled it. I suggest you to their service site for help.
