nod32 antivirus problem.. plz help…?

after installing nod32 antivirus 4, i am experiencing problems lik distorted media playback, especially the audio in any movie i play is distorted… and the chat messages in my yahoo messenger is also not displayed.. neither incoming nor outgoing chat messages… it is showing only a blank white screen… plz help me regardin this.. thanks in advance…
moreover i didn alter any other settings regardin my multimedia or internet connectivity.. not even the firewall settings…

      your problem may be arised due to incorrect settings of firewall
      check there.
      audio problem cannot be caused by antivirus
      or try to install Quick Heal antivirus The Best.
