nod32 won’t let me download flash player. I disable the antivirus and still detecting file and deleting it!?

First it wouldn’t let me download the program saying probably a variant of something and said ‘threat blocked’ after disabling it, it downloads but then when it tries to run I guess the antivirus pops up (even though disabled) and says also probably a variant and then says threat deleted.

What can I do?
