Nokia N 70 Giving Error — Memory Low delete some data!!?

Hi
I m using Nokia N 70 From last one year. But Now I m facing problem that When I want to install some Software in mY memory card Then IT give error That Memory low delete some data .After that I Fomated my memory card, deleted some Messages from Phone Menory old ringtones , everything
I have done
But still I have the same problem
Please suggest me what to do for perticular problem.

      well, i'm not trying to be funny here, but you said you deleted the memory from the actual phone and not the memory card, so just make sure you're removing the data from the correct storage. if that's not the case, call your phone company's tech support dept. good luck.

      You must be copying the app/game to the phone memory insead of the memory card… Restore your phone back to factory settings or formate the card on the PC and do a hard reset on the phone and if none of this work than either update the phones firmware from Nokia.com OR take it to the Nokia service store!!!
