NORTON 360??????? 10 points for best answer!!?

i have had norton 360 for about a year now, i bought a two year package. about two or three months ago i noticed that it stopped updating,doing regular checks or anything at all. so i tried to go into it via the desktop icon but low and behold it would not let me it just showed an egg-timer and then done nothing. i have been unable to access norton 360 since then but i know it is still there as the firewall is still active( and a little annoying). it will not allow me to use any new programs as the firewall is blocking them. i want my norton back but i don’t think i can uninstall and reinstall as i downloaded my norton 360 from the norton website. i just want my norton 360 back I MEAN I PAID FOR TWO YEARS AND DIDN’T EVEN GET ONE YET!!!
please if anyone knows how to solve my problem i am in great need of help please????
